VAMCA Cortical Meta-analysis Toolbox Timothy Herron Mon, 02 May 2011 12:49:32 GMT August 2010 VAMCA update http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=1688 So there's an optional update available for users of VAMCA.<br /> <br /> This is an optional update package for the VAMCA package that adds a few additional features:<br /> <br /> 1) Better documentation and tutorial<br /> 2) Permits more sophisticated ROI density analyses<br /> 3) Allows one to enter activated anatomically specified ROIs directly when studies only report those rather than normalized 3D coordinates (for use in ROI analyses only).<br /> 4) Allows the use of average cortical surfaces rather than many individual surfaces in order to speed up analyses or to handle very large analyses. <br /> 5) Some minor tweaks throughout.<br /> <br /> To use, just unzip it into the VAMCA directory that you made when installing the main package (so you have to download the main large package first, and then unzip the update on top of that).
