I implemented the 4th-order runge-kutta algoritm from diffusion tensor data: the interpolation was set as linear.</div><div><br></div><div>In the website is reported that the tract is computed in each directions from the seed point, but then I was wondering how the fiber is parametrized. That is, which of the two extremities is considered as the origin and what is the rationale under the choice?</div><div><br></div><div>For example, is the origin point of a callosal fiber the right or the left extremity?
