      In the &quot;properties&quot; panel, when you click &quot;toggle advanced
      properties&quot;, it shows &quot;Translation&quot; and &quot;Scale&quot;. <br>
      By setting &quot;translation&quot;, you can translate the image map to
      different position. <br>
      By setting &quot;scale&quot;, you scale the axis. If you set (-1,1,1) for
      scale, it reverses the x-axis. <br>
      This is for documentation of paraview, not for documentation of
      dmritool. I am not an expert of paraview. This it is better to
      refer tutorials or documentation from paraview. <br>
      <br>
      Actually I think the manual setting of coordinates for outputs of
      dmritool and AnalyzeNiftiIO plugin is bad. <br>
      My plan includes<br>
      1. make the consistency inside the codes when generating the mesh.
      <br>
      2. make a new plugin of paraview to visualize the spherical
      function field represented using SH coefficients or function
      samples.  <br>
      I will do it when I have time. <br>

                          Paraview originally can visualize vtk files. <br>
                          For the GFA map which is in nifti format,
                          paraview can also visualize it when you enable

                          You can enable it by clicking &quot;Tools&quot; -&gt;
