I have created a new MRtrix command for this purpose - 'filter_tracks'.
It uses the same -include and -exclude options as streamtrack.
If you are accessing MRtrix through the Subversion repository, you
should now be able to update and it will download automatically.
Otherwise, you can use the file attached to this e-mail - follow these
instructions to add the new command into your MRtrix installation.
Hope it is of some use to you!
I would like the same option as streamtrack (include exclude ...), to
filter a track file generated
from a white matter seed.
Is there a mrtrix function (or other compatible soft) to do it ?

to compute the streamtrack process for each roi of interest can become
too much time consuming ...

thanks for your help
