I'm using your function “track2vtk” created for mrtrix to
transform my fibers.tck into an vtk object, and I have some doubts:

resultant .vtk file?

The thing is that I want to asign values to the
streamtracks, and to create redering of these fibers with my desired values,
but I don't really know if this is possible or how to make it. I have never
worked with the vtk format, but it seems to be wide used, that's why I choose
to transform the format of the fibertracks
