The default value of 1000 tracks just doesn't seem to be generous enough for the FSL data. However, the results seem to drastically underperform conventional streamline tractography. I am aware that there is a lot of refactoring going on in some of the dependencies used to run this pipeline (including dipy 0.6) which potentially could explain these puzzling results (see attached: <a href="http://bit.ly/QnZPKP">http://bit.ly/QnZPKP</a>)<br><br>Did anyone get better results after running this workflow?
