<div dir="ltr"><div>Dear MRtrix users,<br><br>I have some problem when I convert the tck format to vtk. I lose the coordenates of the reference image. Apparently vtk format does not read the header info, as nifti. Can I use one tool to keep the orientation of reference image (T1) to vtk format? Once I have the tck can apply the warpings through FNIRT tool (FSL) to normalise the tracks in MNI space?<br>
