<div dir="ltr">Hi Markus,<div><br></div><div>I'm not involved in the NeuroDebian package, but I think the default installation they provide will put only MRView in your path - the other commands are there, but you'll need to tell the system where they are (/usr/lib/mrtrix/bin as far as I can tell). I just found out that typing "man mrtrix" should give you some ideas about how to do this. </div>
