<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Hi Anna,<br><br></div>I would check the location of the filter_tracks binary being run (using the which command) and the contents of the file cmd/filter_tracks.cpp. From memory I distributed a version of filter_tracks on the mailing list before it was included in the MRtrix package, so there's a chance that you've compiled and are executing a version where that command-line option simply wasn't implemented yet. If you are in fact running the correct binary, have a look in the cmd/filter_tracks.cpp text file itself, and make sure that "minlength" appears in the OPTIONS section.<br>
<br></div>If you do in fact have an older version, the most up-to-date file can be found <a href="https://code.google.com/p/mrtrix/source/browse/trunk/cmd/filter_tracks.cpp">here</a>; just replacing that one file and re-compiling should be adequate.<br>
<br></div>Otherwise, you can try cleaning and re-building the source (./build clean; ./build). If that still doesn't get it, could you send us the output of running 'filter_tracks __print_full_usage__'.<br><br>
