We have methods to do this, but they haven't been released yet. If what you want to do is coregister tractography results that were derived in each subject's native space, then you can do it using this trick: <a href="http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/faq.html#normalise_tracks" target="_blank">http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/faq.html#normalise_tracks</a></div>
