<div>So the error seems to be because I am missing tensor2fa and tensor2vector, among other things, which were not in my binary folder. Then I checked CMD folder, which ./build script calls, and these were missing from there are well. When I checked the latest
commit for Mrtrix on Github (I had downloaded from Github), these were not in CMD folder there either. I then saw them in the <font face="Menlo"><span style="font-size:11px">/mrtrix3/userdoc/commands folder as html files. </span></font></div>
