<div dir="ltr">Hi SDM team<div><br></div><div>I want to use your online FDR calculator (<a href="http://www.sdmproject.com/utilities/?show=FDR" target="_blank">http://www.sdmproject.com/<wbr>utilities/?show=FDR</a>) for correction for multiple comparisons in a ROI neuroimaging study. The tool mentions the resultant values as "corrected probability". I came across a few papers that have used the same tool. They report the values as either "corrected p-value" or "false discovery rate". Based on my limited understanding, I guess "false discovery rate" would be more appropriate. But I've heard that there are techniques to calculate adjusted p-values through FDR. How would you suggest to report the value calculated from your web tool?</div><div><div><br></div>-- <br><div class="m_5548071065519089681gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div>Shyam Sundar Arumugham</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
