I am testing W2MHS tool using SPM12 on Linux OS ( Ubuntu) to segment WMHyperintensities.<br>

<br>

Upon running the tool withT1 and FLAIR input scans: at Matlab command prompt see below ( see run status as below:

<p style="margin-bottom:0cm; line-height:100%">Post processing and cleaning up the segmented outputs of subject : SVtest_op_SV_wmh

and then Matlab crashes see dump file attached in the 2nd one (Abnormal termination:<br>

Floating point exception). <br>

I have taken SPM12 updates (r6906) and spm12_mexglx updates as well.&nbsp; Wonder what could be causing this error&nbsp; below:<br>
