Neuroimaging Data Management: Lessons Gleaned from Two Multi-Site Imaging Projects

This talk discusses data management lessons learned while working on the national multi-site FBIRN (Function Biomedical Informatics Research Network) and CHARTER (CNS HIV ANTI-RETROVIRAL THERAPY EFFECTS RESEARCH) projects.  Although there is always room for improvement, each project successfully utilized unique informatics infrastructures to meet evolving project specific requirements.
