NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR) Latest NewsData Highlight: PING
http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9547
The Pediatric Imaging, Neurocognition, and Genetics (PING) study includes 1400 children between the ages of 3 and 20 years so that links between genetic variation and developing patterns of brain connectivity can be examined. Images from this study are available on NITRC-IR. Please note, new data access is managed through the NIMH Data Archive (NDA), instructions available in the "NDA Data Access Instructions" on the PING tool/resource summary page. <br />

http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9408
NITRC v2.1.51 was released on Friday, March 6, and included an update of the NITRC Image Repository to use XNAT 1.7.6. This brings the functionality of NITRC-IR up to date with the latest version of XNAT, and aids in downloading larger data sets.NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR)Christian HaselgroveTue, 10 Mar 2020 12:45:54 GMTDallas Lifetime Brain Study and HBN Releases 5 and 6

The NITRC Image Repository now contains data from the Dallas Lifespan Brain Study (DLBS) and all releases from the Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network (HBN). DLBS will follow 350 subjects in a study of aging and cognitive function. Anatomical MR and amyloid PET data is available for Wave 1, marking the introduction of PET data into NITRC-IR. HBN Releases 5 and 6 bring the total number of HBN subjects in NITRC-IR to 1758. Together with the original 1000 Functional Connectomes data, ABIDE and ABIDE-II, and other data sets, NITRC-IR now offers 11,500 subjects for download in one place.NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR)Christian HaselgroveWed, 03 Jul 2019 4:32:37 GMTProblems Downloading Large Datasets from NITRC-IR
http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9152
It has been brought to our attention that there can be issues when downloading very large datasets from the NITRC-IR (i.e. all data for a project such as F1000 or PING). The current NITRC-IR download uses web technology that will choke ungracefully (after a long time) when attempting such downloads. We have scheduled an upgrade to the XNAT backend of the NITRC-IR for the next scheduled NITRC release (~June) that changes the download for large files to a desktop based client which we expect will alleviate this issue. In the mean time, the work around is to download smaller chunks at a time for large projects . Sorry for the inconvenience.NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR)David KennedyWed, 10 Apr 2019 2:00:11 GMTABIDE II and CMI Healthy Brain Network data now on NITRC-IR
http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9052
The ABIDE II and Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network data sets are now available on NITRC-IR. The NITRC Image Repository allows for download of data as (release-based) projects and for cross-project searching and download of data.<br />
<br />
These releases bring NITRC-IR to over 10,000 subjects and almost 60,000 scans.<br />
<br />
Access to either new data set requires registration with NITRC and the 1000 Functional Connectomes project. Follow the "Request Access" link at http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/ for access.NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR)Christian HaselgroveFri, 02 Nov 2018 7:20:47 GMTNITRC-IR has its own space!
