   <title>New atlas for T1-ASHS released</title>

   <description>We are happy to release a new ASHS-T1 atlas that includes the amygdala and anterior MTL labels. The amygdala segmentations were generated by Anika Wuestefeld, Laura Wisse, and colleagues at Lund University; the anterior MTL labels by Niyousha Sadeghpour, Sydney Lim at the University of Pennsylvania and Laura Wisse at Lund University. &lt;br /&gt;

   <description>To enable surface-based analysis of medial temporal lobe subregions in T1-weighted MRI, we have added a white matter label to the T1-ASHS atlas. It can be used in conjunction with the CrASHS pipeline for surface-based group level analysis (https://github.com/pyushkevich/crashs).</description>
