   <description>We are pleased to announce the release of NITRC GForge Extensions Version 2.1.19.  NITRC uses GForge as its core and has developed numerous customizations and extensions on top of the GForge code base which, like GForge, are open source.  This release represents the latest release of the NITRC server code.&lt;br /&gt;
