UMCD is now powered by the MGH/UCLA Human Connectome Project. You can now find the site at http://umcd.humanconnectomeproject.org. Note that you can still access the site via http://umcd.ccn.ucla.edu.UCLA Multimodal Connectivity DatabaseJesse BrownWed, 01 Feb 2012 1:10:52 GMTEasy batch upload option for datasets with multiple subjects

An option has been added to share multiple connectivity matrices in one easy submission:
(you have to have an account and be signed in)

Matrices can be combined into one text file by stacking them vertically. All other files should be created in the same fashion. Once these files are created, you can perform one "batch" submission. This should cut down significantly on the amount of redundant information to be entered, making it much easier to share datasets for multiple subjects.UCLA Multimodal Connectivity DatabaseJesse BrownTue, 02 Aug 2011 12:03:10 GMT
