Since the latest version (1.3.2), some revisions have been made to ShapePopulationViewer.

Those revisions include bug corrections and a new feature : reading not only VTK but also VTP files.

If you do not want to wait for the next release (1.3.3), which will eventually include more bug corrections, you can download the nightly commit of the source code on github :

ShapePopulationViewer v1.3.2 Released

The 1.3.2 was released today.

After sharing our tool at NA-MIC in Utah, we have been able to get enough reviews to identify bugs to correct and add new features.

Big update for this version : choose what to display in your Window, and export it in PDF or other high resolution file. Perfect to print on your papers!

Also, we deliver here the last main features of ShapePOpulationViewer, since we believe it now delivers all the tools we needed.
Alexis Girault who was leading its development will be working on other projects at UNC, but will still take care of maintaining this project.

NAMIC over : ShapePopulationViewer as a Slicer Extension

After a snowy week in Salt Lake City, we are glad to announce that ShapePopulationViewer is available as an extension for Slicer 4.3.1 and Slicer Nightly.

The actual revision does not include yet the exportation to PDF that you can find in the last 1.3.2 version, but an update with this last commit will be done soon.
