There is no docker (or plan to create
docker, as we are working on the next-gen DTiprep called dmriprep,
which will be available in dockerized form).
There is a tutorial in the document section
There is also a more general diffusion QC video tutorial available on my lab's document page (lesson 3 of the diffusion tutorials):
