If you are receiving errors relating to 'fileparts', then this update will fix them. Download the WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.3_Update_for_Matlab_2011b.tgz file from http://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=46 (Downloads) then copy the files from wfu_pickatlas, wfu_tbx_common, and wfu_results over to each respective directory. |
