Notes:
In DTIPrep1.1.1, the visual checking procedures have been completed
and user is able to change status of each QCed gradients into
"Include" or "Exclude" or "Nochange". If status of gradients
changed into "Include", DTIPrep asks user whether further QC is
needed which includes averaging baselines, eddy motion correction
and gradient wise checking. For doing further QC, user should
change "BASELINE_bAverage", "EDDYMOTION_bCorrect" and
"GRADIENT_bCheck" in used protocol into "Yes" and automatically the
new further QCed DWI will be saved.
In addition, DTI computing step is now able to compute tensor
properties of image.
