Notes:
- Saves transformations computed during EddyMotionCorrection in
the output XML QC file
- When selecting "default protocol", searches for the software on
the system instead of setting paths to hardcoded paths for the
tools that are available in "Protocol Path"
- DicomToNrrdConverter tool replaced by DWIConvert
- Scalar images now saved as float images instead of integer
