Hi all,

I am trying to use the BrainNet Viewer program to plot 264 nodes on the
brain surface. Those nodes were divided into about 151 modules. I wanna
show different node color for different module. BrainNet has a 13 default
matlab colormaps, but they are they are not good enough to distinguish that
many modules. Thus, I made a customized colormap for the node color, but
have trouble to ultilize this customized colormap on BrainNet Viewer.
Though I can manually change the RGB for the entire 151 modules from
"Option->Node->Color->Modular", it would cost a lot of labor to do so for
hundreds of files especially when they shared the same customized colormap.
Thus, I wonder if there's a way for BrainNet Viewer to read a customized
colormap(attached) other than the 13 matlab default colormaps.

Thanks a lot!
Nan
