Subject: Latest Brains2-cygwin release
Hi, I recently started working at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center here in
San Francisco, and I'm responsible for coordinating the region-of-interest
tracing that we will be doing for our research studies. I've been working
with Brains2 for the last few months, and we've been doing the standard
workup on most of our images to prepare for ROI tracing. I have become
pretty familiar with the software, and really enjoy working with it. I
think the neural-net work that you all are doing at the IPL is intriguing,
and I hope to understand more about how that works.
Now I'm at a point where I need to install Brains2 in a cygwin environment
on a Windows machine. Is the March 2004 release the latest release of this
compilation? And if I run into problems, is there someone I can contact for
technical help with this?
Thanks,
David
