Thank you very much, I just got the image you sent and it's header.
As usual, there is a problem: Our Brains2 cannot open the image for whatever reason. I have tried to recompatibilize the image with MRIcro in various ways, always with the same result: in the cygwin shell the lines
sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
and
sh: -c: syntax error: unexpected end of file
are repeatedly displayed along with a dialog box stating that no filter was found. We had this problem with our Brains2 package before, which was the reason we chose to pre-process our image sets with MRIcro, but after upgrading to the newest Brains2 beta that problem seemed to have been solved. Now it obviously is back. Nonetheless, our native as well as MRIcro-ed images still work with Brains2, all but the one you sent.
Since I guess you tested the image before you sent them, I think either the header might be wrong, or Cygwin is once again the cause of the problem. In MRIcro I can open and view your image, even convert it in various ways, but it still remains incompatible to our Brains2.
Would you happen to know what might cause this and how to fix it?
Thank you very much in advance,
Kevin Berne
