Dr.Muthuraman:

	This is the only Cygwin build I could find.  I do not think there
is anyone here actively working on keeping the cygwin build up-to-date.
The source code for BRAINS is also available.

PreRelease/brains2_cygwin_DEBUG_2005_09_05.tar.gz

This is neither Stable, nor SemiStable.
