[Brains-users] image segmenation question

Hello,
I am trying to run the segmentation step and get very low kappa values
for wm and gm: 0.71235 and 0.84025 respectively. I'm not sure if I can
accept these values... I thought that they had to be above 0.95. I had
not traced gm and wm rois but let the program use 197 as the sub
cortical threshold. Your advice as how to proceed is greatly
appreciated.
