Hello

I just tried installing the brains2 fedora version and the install failed
because the following dependencies were missing

libxt.so.6.0

libXxf86vn.so.1.0

libgcc-s-3.42-20041018.s0.1

libm-2.33.50

libx11.so.6.2

libstdc++.so.6.0.3

libdl-2.3.3

libxmu.so.6.2

libc-2.3.3.50

libpthread-2.3.3.50

libict-soo6.3

libsm.so.6.0

lib Xext.so.6.4

lib xpm.s0.4.11

I tried installing rpm for the missing libraries, but most of them are parts
of larger system libraries that are already installed in my /lib directory
and it wont allow installation of the new libraries as the existing ones are
more recent packages. For instance my /lib directory has libc-2.3.5.so
whereas brains2 needs linc-2.3.3.so. One would think that the more recent
version of the dependent libraries would work, but the brains2 installation
still needs the older version apparently . Am I missing something here? Has
anyone else faced this issue before? Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Cibu
