[Brains-users] Brains2 Cygwin

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to install Brains2 using Cygwin, according to the
procedure  given in Brains User Guide ( Appendix H BRAINS2Installation for
Windows ), but i am stuck after  i invoke Xwin in Rootless mode and an Xterm
window. I am supposed to type brains2 in the xterm window, but its giving
command not found.  I do have Brains2 (cygwin version) extracted in the
usr/local of cygwin directory. Did i miss something here ?
