[Brains-users] Segmentation trouble

Hello,
Thank you for the script, but it is exactly what I had done before manually. Nevertheless, I treated the T2 again using that same method and finally succeded in running the segmentation (something I had also tried yesterday,with very limited success...). So, assuming that the segmentation is going to work in the future, I still have another question: I manually traced the venous blood in the lateral dural sinuses in many different ways, but I never seem to get the resulting segmentation kappas over  0.93 for vb and 0.78 for csf, while gm and wm are over 0.98. Since the fit of T1 and T2 looks perfect at least to my eye and gm and wm are that good, I wonder why vb and csf are that low. Can anyone please describe how they succesfully improve those numbers by better tracing of vb (assuming this is the reason for the problem)?
