Hi IPL,
I have been given a data set that includes T1's, which I would like to
use for cerebellar vermis tracing. Because this particular research
group used AFNI for their fMRI study, they did not create analyze files.
Instead, I have brik/head files and DICOM files (not even anat files).
I can convert the DICOM to analyze using AFNI, but I was wondering
whether there was a direct way to do this, possibly using BRAINS2, so
that I could eliminate the AFNI step. How is this normally done by the
Iowa group? Up to now, I've been spoiled by having the DICOM files
already processed before I got to them.
Thanks for your assistance,
