Giusi,
You have a couple options.
1. rpm -U --force brains2-RedHatEnterprise WS4-20050603-122627.x86_64.rpm
# This would override the library checks.
2. Download a newer version of BRAINS
http://www.psychiatry.uiowa.edu/BRAINS/files/SemiStableBuilds/brains2-RedHatEnterpriseWS4-20051229-023149.x86_64.rpm
# This one isn't a "stable" release version. It may have some bugs.
