Hello Ninad,

The latest semi-stable version is typically the version that we have 
deployed on our systems. It is labeled as semi-stable because it has not 
been in use by us for all that long and as such there are probably bugs 
that we haven't found yet. That said some of the latest features or bug 
fixes are only available in the semi-stable releases.

The latest stable release is the last version that we have used 
extensively and has met our criteria for a general external release.

After you download the Brains2 rpm you only need to perform the rpm -Uvh 
brains2.rpm command.
