I'm not sure that I understand your question... If you mean running a
Linux distribution within another Linux distribution, then you could run
something like VMware on your SuSE and then run RH inside VMware but I
suspect it would be easier to simply have the machine dual-boot assuming
you have disk space to hold both distributions.

But I wonder why you would want to do this? The RPM package of Brains2
should just install into SuSE using YAST2 because SuSE uses the RPM schema
for package maintenance. At worst you might have to use the "force"
option. I did this at one stage on a Gentoo installation with
success. But sorry if I have misunderstood.

It is quite a while since I last built Brains2 from source (nearly a year
in fact) and at that time the codebase was in a significant state of
flux. Apart from numerous errors (arising from the shifting codebase) I
was able to compile using a variety of Linux distributions including RH and
Gentoo. So take heart that if you have to roll your own, it may not be
too traumatic.

As to the differences I defer to those with more current knowledge but I do
know that the code changes back then were designed to improve operation of
the package and allow the basic "Brains2 engine" to accommodate
enhancements more easily.

Denis
