[Brains-users] ROI tracing

Hello all
I have just installed the brains2-FedoraCore3-20050604-1540.i386.rpm version
on my computer (running on FedoraCore3) and I am having some problems
editing ROIs. 
I follow the normal steps to modify a ROI. I edit the trace and pick up
three points to define the start, middle and end of the region I want to
modify. Then,this portion of the trace should appear in light blue. My
problem is that the light blue line I obtain does not correspond to the one
I edited and my original ROI is automatically changed to funny shapes. I
have noticed  this happens specially when I'm working with small ROIs  as 
the venous blood traces. Have anyone experienced anything similar  or does 
anyone known how to solve this problem?
