Hi there

I have run the thalamus neuronal net and I was wondering if the mask created
is goog enough or it needs to be converted into a ROI to be edited. Any idea
about this? 
Another issue I've got about the thalamus.  Does any one know if the values
reported by Ruth Spinks et al (2001)  (7.05cc and  6.73cc  for left and
right hemispheres) are total volume or just gray matter.
