   I´m just wondering if I missundertood what you been saying: Is it necessary to have 3dt2 images for brains? Because we have ofcourse both pd and t2 although they are not 3d and they have not same number of slices.

   would you be able to do a segmented image of 1 3d 128 slices t1 + a 60 slices t2 and pd?

   If so, I really missinformed you about our materieal. I understood that you won´t have time for me anyway but it would be intersting to know. If I can something out of above metioned combination I might at least attend your Brains course in August.
