Hi everybody,

I am trying to save a raw image. I do the following

compute2 104% brains2
Parsing brains2 configuration file (/opt/brains2/bin/brains2rc).
Parsing brains2 configuration file (/raid0/homes/lacion/.brains2rc).
 cor:GLX
DP(2):GLX_RGBA,GLX_RED_SIZE,8,GLX_GREEN_SIZE,8,GLX_BLUE_SIZE,8,GLX_ALPH

I get the following

I tried also a nifti format and the axial plane with similar errors. I
run it on compute2 and on my own computer with the same result.

any ideas?
Thanks a lot for your help with this!
Best wishes,
Laura
