[Brains-users] Questions abour Fit T2 to T1 & PD to T1

Hi,

Question 1.

One already has fitted T2 to T1.
And, when one is going to fit PD to T1, does one need to use a different
name for the Air File; scanId.linear.air16 is the default name?
I am afraid that the new Air File for PD will overwrite the Air File for T2.

Similarly, is there a way to generate a different file name for
check_fit.brains2 for each fitting?

Question 2.

When I check the fit (e.g., T2 to T1), it was not very good.
I wonder if there is any guideline to get best fit that I can read.

Can one fit T2 (or PD) to T1 using AIR 5.2.5 independent of Brains2 and
still transfer files to Brains2 directory?
