[Brains-users] Integrate BRAINSMush with slicer3-6

Hello!

I have downloaded the standalone version of the BRAINSMush from [svn
checkout --username <nitricloginid>
https://www.nitrc.org/svn/brains/StandAloneApps/StandAloneBRAINSMushStandAloneBRAINSMush]
and compiled using CMake.

Can anyone please tell me how to integrate it with GUI in Slicer 3-6?
