[Brains-users] BRAINS2 manual workup (tissue classification step)

Dear BRAINS users,

 

Do we need the PD images to run the tissue classification successfully?

I have been able to go through the resampling and fitting of both T1 and T2
images, and now at the tissue classification process.

The program crashed. Any idea?
