[Brains-users] Measure Image ROI

Hello,

I have got a simple question about brains2 Measure Image ROI function. Do the mean, sd and other options refer to voxel intensity? For example if I open an FA map will brains2 give me mean FA within ROI?

Nobody else in my lab is using this program so I've got to ask you.
