Hi Daniel,

thanks for your reply. I have another issue with using an anisotropy 
file for the track command:
  "Anisotropy image must be in the same voxel space as the input data"

I generated the image from the same dwi as the input principal 
directions. Is there a way to check whats going wrong? Is it possible to 
output the voxel dimension etc. from the camino Bdouble file?
I use the binary mask I used too seed the tracking also as anisotropy 
file, everything works fine. As soon as any other image is used as 
anisotropy file it won't work anymore.
