[Camino-users] image2voxel: out of memory error

Hello.

When I ran image2voxel on a DTI image with 256 directions, I got an Out of
Memory Error:

image2voxel -4dimage 4Ddwi_b1000.nii.gz -outputfile dwi.Bfloat
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
at data.ScannerOrderDataSource.init(ScannerOrderDataSource.java:169)
at data.ScannerOrderDataSource.<init>(ScannerOrderDataSource.java:134)
at
data.ScannerOrderScaledDataSource.<init>(ScannerOrderScaledDataSource.java:52)
at imaging.Nifti1Dataset.getImageDataSource(Nifti1Dataset.java:2298)
at apps.ImageToVoxel.execute(ImageToVoxel.java:105)
at apps.EntryPoint.main(EntryPoint.java:278)

The image size is 128x128x28x257, and data type integer. What would be the
problem?
