Hi there,

I know this is a variation of a previously asked question but I was wondering if camino had the ability to calculate intracellular and extracellular volume fraction. I have just been looking through the tutorials and realised that camino will produce maps of the intra and extracellular volume fractions using f1 and f2, however is there any way I can get a value out for these variables.

I am simulating data using the following command
datasynth -walkers 100000 -tmax 1000 -voxels 1 -p 0.0 -initial uniform -latticesize 3E-5 -substrate cylinder -packing hex -cylinderrad 5.5E-6 -cylindersep 12.1E-6 -schemefile part2.scheme | dtfit - part2.scheme | fa > regcylindersradiusvFA3A.Bdouble

Many thanks in advance :)
Claire
