[Camino-users] niftidt2camino: command not found

Hi,

I am a first-time user of Camino. Just installed Camino and compiled the toolkit today - all went well.

The first command I tested was to convert NIFTI tensor volumes to Camino format:
niftidt2camino -inputfile DTI.nii -outputdatatype float > DTI.Bfloat

An error message returned:
-bash:  niftidt2camino: command not found

I suppose niftidt2camino is a common command as it is in the Tutorials. What went wrong? Thanks in advance for any help!

FYI, I ran Camino on Cygwin under Windows XP.
