Hi all,

I have a problem with "track" command! I get the following error after
running the command:

  track -inputfile DTI_ec_VoxelOrder.Bfloat -inputmodel bayesdirac_dt
-schemefile bvec_rot.scheme -iterations 50 -seedfile
../../../DTI_T1_atlas_reg/ISP10/mask_final.nii.gz -brainmask
../preproc/B0_brain_mask.nii.gz -pointset 0 > bayesianTracts.Bfloat

I've been running the same command on several other subjects without any
difficulty! I've looked at brainmask and seedfile and they seem to be in
the same space (once again all these images were created using the same
steps similar to my other subjects)! I've used fslinfo and still don't
see any difference between the voxel spaces of the two images (as
mentioned in the error message). Has anyone come across this issue
before? any suggestions on what I should look into to fix the problem?

Thanks,
-Mojdeh
