Hi everyone,

I'm using the follwing command to perform some probabilistic tensor
tracking:

track -tracker euler -stepsize 0.3 -curvthresh 45 -interpolator linear
-inputmodel pico -seedfile myseedfile.nii -anisthresh 0.1 -anisfile
myanisfile.nii -iterations 1 -outputfile out.Bfloat < in-PDFs.Bdouble

I get the following error:

Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 0: '-tracker'
Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 1: 'euler'
Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 4: '-curvthresh'
Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 5: '45'
Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 6: '-interpolator'
Oct 21, 2013 10:44:49 AM tools.CL_Initializer checkParsing
WARNING: WARNING: couldn't parse arg 7: 'linear'

Can anyone explain to me why the track command is not accepting these
options?

Cheers,
Peter
