[Camino-users] seed coordinates

Hi all,

I have used conmat to get the number of tracks between 90 pairs of 
labels (originally from AAL atlas, registered to each subject's native 
DTI space). I now want to use NBS to further anlyze the connectivity 
matrices and need the node coordinates (MNI) and I was wondering if 
there is any way I can get these coordinates for each subject using 
camino or any other software that you know of?
